We ensure our clients have direct access to our partners – we believe it is hugely important that our clients have unfettered direct access to the partners who are responsible for the provision of advice and typically undertake the majority of client work themselves.
Each of our Partners had extensive experience before joining FIT, gained either in large, multinational consultancies or in Senior corporate roles, and has chosen to move to an independent, specialised firm.
Our team includes chartered accountants, qualified solicitors, mathematicians and financial modelling specialists.
We are able to provide constructive challenge – as an independent consultancy we are able to challenge both accepted market norms and our clients’ thinking. By doing so, we believe we can assist in designing solutions which are directly and clearly linked to our clients’ circumstances and strategy.
We have an utmost client focus – the firm is unashamedly ‘partner heavy’ and each of our partners advises fewer clients and gets to know each of their clients in greater depth to truly understand what makes them, and their challenges around pay, unique.
We have global reach – we have formal associations with Frederic W. Cook & Co (the largest independent executive compensation consultancy in the US) and Pretium Partners Asia Limited in Hong Kong. This allows us to service our many international clients.
We are founder members of the Remuneration Consultants Group (RCG) which is responsible for developing and maintaining the Code of Conduct for Consultants to Remuneration Committees of UK-listed companies.
