At FIT, we have grown over the last 14 years to become the largest independent executive remuneration consultancy in the UK. Over this period, we have expanded our services to better fulfil our mission of being the leading advisor to companies on their remuneration needs and have expanded from a predominantly UK listed client base to advise an increasing proportion of unlisted clients from a range of ownership structures including PE, VC, mutuals and other private companies. HOW WE CAN HELP
FIT helps our clients to respond to these challenges. Our highly experienced partners both lead and are integrally involved in all our client relationships, rather than delegating work to less experienced colleagues. This allows us to get to the root of our clients’ issues quickly and then provide wise, commercial (and sometimes challenging) counsel which helps our clients design genuinely tailored, strategically-focused remuneration packages.

We ensure our clients have direct access to our partners – we believe it is hugely important that our clients have unfettered direct access to the partners who are responsible for the provision of advice.
We are proud of our growing client list, which comprises around 250 organisations across a wide range of sectors.
We are the largest independent UK remuneration advisor. We advise to over 15% of the FTSE All-Share across a wide range of sectors and advise to the most AIM companies compared with any other adviser. We also have overseas clients and work with a large number of private companies.
