Our clients vary greatly in size and scope and hence no client is typical. All clients, irrespective of whether they large or small (however that is defined), receive the same high level of client focus and service.

We are the largest independent UK remuneration advisor. We advise to over 15% of the FTSE All-Share across a wide range of sectors and advise to the most AIM companies compared with any other adviser. We also have overseas clients and work with a large number of private companies.
